200hr Yoga Teacher Training: Journey to the Self, presented by Present Practice School of Yoga, is a comprehensive 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training, uniquely designed to combine flexible online coursework with an immersive 15-day retreat at Lake Atitlán, Guatemala, from July 27 to August 10, 2025. The training begins with School of Being, a self-paced online program designed to guide students through self-discovery and self-inquiry, integrating the philosophical and theoretical teachings of yoga, Ayurveda, and the art of living—not just as concepts, but as practices to revisit and embody again and again. Led by Present Practice and hOM Yoga Founder Morgan O’Hare, assisted by Patrick Herr, this program is more than just a teacher training—it’s a transformative journey of self-discovery and deep practice that blends traditional yogic wisdom with modern movement science, breathwork, and self-inquiry.
Set against the stunning backdrop of Casa Floresta, participants will immerse themselves in a supportive, nature-infused environment, with lakefront accommodations, a dedicated yoga shala, and nourishing vegetarian meals. Whether your goal is to become a certified yoga teacher or to simply expand your practice in a meaningful way, this training will awaken a deeper connection to yourself, your voice, and your purpose. Through intensive study, personal reflection, and hands-on mentorship, you'll leave feeling empowered, aligned, and ready to share the practice of yoga in a way that is authentic and impactful.
